Wednesday, 6:30 a.m. Holiday Boot Camp! Friends and Family Welcome

We're having a special edition holiday boot camp on Wednesday, December 23. In case your family or friends are in town and they want to work out too, we're opening boot camp to everybody, women or not, lawyers or not. 6:30 a.m. at PETCO PARK "Park at the Park". It's the green grassy area open to the public at Ninth Avenue and J Street. Parking is plentiful and free at that time of the day. Boot camp lasts one hour -- see you there!
